Придбала квартиру у «Містечку Козацьке». При купівлі квартири приємно вразив сервіс, все було на вищому рівні, але не все так гладко як здається!!!
Затримали на довгий термін здачу квартири, збудований будинок не якісно, між сусідами стіна 20 см, не зрозуміло з чого зроблено, шумоізоляції ніякої; між кімнатами стіна 10 см, аж страшно вішати якісь меблі, є переживання, що стіна не витримає. Те, що є в квартирі розводка електрики це не є плюсом, бо потім ітак переробляли по своєму.
І те що в договорі пише, що вони вертають компенсацію, за затримку здачі будинку, теж на це не ведіться, бо суму, яку нам вернули, це просто- сміх, за однокімнатну квартиру- 50 грн!!!
Такщо перш ніж купляти житло в за будівельній компанії «Вертикаль», добре обдумайте своє рішення, щоб потім не жалкувати!!!
